Nyumbani10 is an advertising and information platform. We publish adverts for third parties and are not an estate agent, not a party to any tenancy, sale or service agreement, and do not act for either party.

Advertisers warrant that their adverts are accurate and that they have the right to advertise the property, land, goods or service. Misleading size, price or availability claims breach these terms and the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.

Seekers deal directly with advertisers. We do not negotiate, manage property, hold deposits or rent, offer escrow, or take any commission on transactions. Access Pass fees are for access to published advert content only.

We may remove adverts, refunds Access Passes where adverts are removed for fraud, suspend accounts and disclose evidence to authorities where fraud is suspected. Liability is limited to fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
